Our response to these glorious days of Easter joy must be an attempt to return love for the love we have been offered. We have much to be thankful for, including this third anniversary of the Gospel Nuggets! Thank you for all your support.

The Preface of the Passion: “The days of His saving Passion and glorious Resurrection are approaching, by which the pride of the ancient foe is vanquished and the mystery of our redemption in Christ is celebrated.”

The Faith that moves mountains, or makes martyrs, is the Faith we all need in these times of struggle. As we head to Holy Week, we make a special plea to the Lord for this gift.

As Holy Week beckons on the horizon, this week we examine a prayer which serves as a perfect Lenten examination - perhaps to help a good Confession?

As we head towards the Fourth Sunday of Lent, the question posed by Jesus to the Apostles: “who do you say I am,” is a question we all must ask throughout our lives. It’s rich fodder for Lenten examination!
